No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Exchanges can be discussed but not guaranteed. If an item is damaged as a result of USPS or quality of craftsmanship, customers must email a picture of damage within 24 hours of delivery. If items are mailed back for exchange purposes the customer is responsible for shipping back to us. We will be responsible for shipping back to the customer.
